The first public screening of we are Witnesses:Chicago. Watching your work on big screen is quite exciting. @marshallproj @kartemquin

Premiere of We Are Witness is on September 12th at Harold Washington library at 6pm. It is one of the most powerful interview series I was lucky enough to film. A joint effort of Marshall Project and Kartemquin Films, the collection of interviews look into the justice system from all kind of perspectives.

I recommend for everybody to read this book if you really want to get depressed about humankind’s inevitably fast approaching end.. Climate change is real and we need to have a collective strategy to survive it.

Surviving the flash flood! The night of memorial day 2015 the river was 40 feet higher then what you are witnessing on the picture. It was running at 30+ miles an our through the riverbed communities and clearing everything on its way.
