Historic Lincoln Highway is the original highway that goes from New York to San Fransisco. It was built in 1920's out of bricks. This section at Baywood street in Minerva,OH is one of the only original sections left behind.

it is interesting that a bigger part wasnt preserved in its orginal condition.....

Most of the bricks are covered with asphalt. I think this road should be preserved by the National Historic Landmarks regisrty.
