Where is FAA?

It is time for FAA to step in. The rules about flying is changing everytime and varies from airport to airport. I do demand my passenger bill of rights. I want to know what I am going to pay for my baggage and I want that to be consistent for each airline.

Flying uses public airspace and like any other commercial use of public property needs to be regulated. Where are you FAA?
