Fletcher Chicago had the demo unit for the new "ENG" arri camera.
First impressions:
1. Great handheld balance. Shoulder Pad, eye piece are all adjustable
for best ergonomics.
2. They will have lens adapters for all kind of lenses, including EF
and B4 lenses.
3. LCD Viewfinder is next to eyepiece. That is great location and is
ergonomically adjustable with same hardware as eyepiece.
4. Records up to prores 444 on Cfast cards (looks the same as cfcards
but much faster.
5. You can switch on the fly from 24fps to 200fps. All recorded in camera.
6. No raw output.
7. 3 XLR audio inputs, and volume control on right side of the camera.
8. Price is going to be on the same range as Sony F55.
