Rainy day to visit #pompeii The first time I have visited the ancient city was in 1993. Since then a lot of "reconstruction" has been done. Some of the street were cement covered, most of the walls have been rebuild and a lot of roofs for the villas have been finished. There is a full service fast food and pizza restaurant among the ruins! It is still fascinating to visit the site but if the "construction" continues at this level it will turn into a Disney attraction.
